- Waterloo: Barrie, City of Ottawa, GCRA, London, Nepean, West Ottawa + Greater Sudbury & Kitchener (non-ranking)
- Kitchener: Burlington, Greater Sudbury, Kitchener, Oshawa, Richmond Hill + London (non-ranking)
U19AA Ranking Tournaments: All teams will attend London and Burlington.
18+AA Ranking Tournaments: All teams will attend Ajax-Pickering and Guelph.
