Competition Dates

Competition will start Thursday, March 12 and run until Sunday, March 15.

Facilities

There are two facilities that will be used for the A ROPC:

RIM Park - 2001 University Avenue East, Waterloo
Sportsworld Arena - 35 Sportsworld Crossing Road, Kitchener

Accreditation

All athletes and team staff will be provided with accreditation badges on a lanyard, which is needed to access the dressing room corridor and benches.

Only people on the team’s approved TRF are permitted to have accreditation.

This accreditation badge also unlocks discounts with some of our partners, so be sure to keep it with you when you leave the rink to take advantage of those deals!

Ringette Ontario expects everyone attending the A Championship to abide by their respective codes of conduct, which can each be found below.

Hotel Booking - Stay to Play Event

All teams travelling to the Kitchener/Waterloo area are required to book their hotels through the accommodation listing provided by Ringette Ontario.

Ringette Ontario has secured enough rooms for the event.

All qualified teams will be sent the information to book after the qualification deadline.

A minimum number of rooms will required per team or they will face a fine.

A apparel is available for purchase here. To pick up your order onsite at at the event, orders must be received by END OF DAY on FEBRUARY 26, 2026.

Please note, merchandise is still available for purchase after the deadline, but will ship to the address provided on your order!
